Alaska Helicopter Fishing
All our fishing trips begin early Sunday morning with a flight from Anchorage to Talaheim. Our trips end on Saturday evening after a days fishing. Flights from Talaheim back to Anchorage are around 5pm.
2026 will be my 50th season at Talaheim Lodge. I plan on taking just four guests per week for three weeks each year. The last week of July and first two weeks of August. Next summer (2026) will be the first summer of my semi-retirement. We have a staff of four, great personal attention and you will enjoy the same great service as in prior years. I will be personally managing the lodge, do support flying in supplies, and I have a younger helicopter pilot who has flown for me for years taking over most of that flying.
I am full for 2026, but I am booking for 2027
